J’ai reçu un fm2100 en cadeau en 2021. Après des utilisations occasionnelles, la soudeuse ne fonctionne plus efficacement. Le sac se remplit mais se vide d’air dans la minute qui suit la soudure. On me dit que la bande de soudure ne se remplace pas, que je dois jeter l’appareil au complet et le remplacer par un nouveau!!! Merveilleux pour l’environnement, bravo Foodsaver ! J’ai tenté de rejoindre la compagnie foodsaver par courriel, téléphone à plusieurs reprises, aucun retour d’appel.
