Replacing fill valve is not a difficult task

The previous Fluidmaster fill valve I’ve replaced was over ten years ago, this new one I believe is an improved version.
And I’ve found this replacement is not a difficult task. I don’t know anything about plumbing, just following the steps outlined in the instruction booklet and it’s done in 15 minutes.
I must admit the instructions is so clear, very easy to understand and is much much better than the previous one which l've saved.
A well-written instruction pamphlet is most helpful to a general layman like myself.

Worked well for 2 years then the little plastic fingers under the diaphragm broke and got stuck under the diaphragm causing it not to seal.

Q: is it gona work on waterridge toilet

A: Water ridge has both single and dual flush toilets in both 1 piece and two piece toilets. It is my recommendation that the PerforMAX fill valve be used in most 2 pc (high efficiency or 1.6 GPF / 6.0 LPF Toilets) toilets including Dual Flush toilets. If the toilet is a 1 piece then you will need to measure the overflow pipe to ensure the pipe is standing 7 inches and taller for the valve to properly fit inside the tank. More information about your Water Ridge toilet is needed for a more accurate answer.
