Warning. This product catches fire

This product is only withstand 850F and there’s many places in your exhaust system that exceed the rated max temperature. In my case it caught fire and I almost lost my vehicle and shop.

Q: Can this work to fix a leaked/punctured underground sprinkler hose in the yard?

A: I would imagine there’s better options, such as Leak-Seal or Gorilla Waterproof tape. this is essentially fiberglass and it may not have the tight elastic seal that you would need to stop water coming out under pressure.

A: The wrap needs to be on a wrappable surface. For a hole on a flat or unwrappable surface the Fiber Fix Rigid Patch is the best choice. The Fiber Fix Repair Patch at Canadian Tire is product # 067-6193.
