Extremely poor quality. My drill twisted the shank right around. It will probably break in half if I use it again.

Don't bother
a year ago
Might be ok with a low torque drill on a foot or less of ice but it snapped with an 8" auger in 24-30" of ice. I was lucky that the auger got stuck in the slush and didn't end up at the bottom of the lake

Q: Will this adapter also fit the folding model Fin-Bore? You answered another question that it will fit current model Fin-Bore augers. However, my auger is the folding model, which no longer seems to be made. Will this adapter fit it?

A: It likely will , but hard to tell without knowing the age/model. it will work with the Fin-Bore III.

A: 12 volt and up would work best. We would suggest 18 as your using in outdoor conditions.
