Caution this is a 720 watt kit in reality

The fuse is only 50A and the wire is "4 gauge" smaller then a true 4 AWG, there's a difference . Also the wire is mostly aluminum with copper coating called CCA another cost cutting measure. If you do the math its a 720w kit (50A x 14.4v). Don't change the fuse to a higher rating because if you push 1000W through it or something shorts your car could catch on fire.
No, I do not recommend this product.

If for whatever deaths fuse is blown it’s a hassle to find in Canadian tire store. Other than that good product.

Great wires pointless connectors?

The wire gage and length was perfect came with all the differenttypesand sizes required. I bought 2 kits, 1 for my 2017 370z, 1 for my dad's 2018 mustang gt. The actually connectors for the wire is way too big pointless the 4 zips ties were a nice touch tho. Even if you put them in a vise they cant hold the wires properly never mind safely. Other then that over all solid kit.

Claims that this kit includes 4 gauge wire.
Why when the insulation is stripped does the wire not fit the 4 gauge connectors? The wire does fit 6 gauge connectors.
Using simple math
500W requires 8 gauge wire
500-1000 4 gauge
1000-1500 2 gauge
1500+ 0 gauge.
Using this as a guide I estimate this wiring only good to 750W
Being as the the wire does not fit 4 gauge connectors, I question it’s integrity when used with it’s 80A fuse in a 1000W system.
My amp has 840W RMS
Speakers and subwoofer combined would be 720W RMS.
4 Gauge wire required.
I was considering a separate amp for my Subwoofer that would be an additional 300W RMS.
This was the reason for doing some homework.
I am skeptical and concerned. I certainly do not want to be in attendance for a “carbeque”
Have I wasted my time and money?
I think I may have.
I’ll be attending a reputable shop to see what proper wiring looks like tomorrow.

Q: Does the ANL fuse holder come with A fuse inside of it? I was wondering if the fuse holder came with a fuse inside of it because id rather not have to go back out by thinking that there's A fuse inside and there not being one.
