Buy something better than this for 1/6th the price

I was given this printer as a gift from family years ago (who didn’t know anything about 3d printing but knew I had done it a lot), a fact which made me hesitant to review it. But having to deal with it again I have to say: when this printer was new, 250$ printers by other companies beat it in every regard. This printer has no heated bed (causing adhesion issues), no self leveling, a small print bed, cannot be upgraded, can only do PLA (no ABS allowed) and is somehow 1500$. The only good thing I can say is it’s easy to use, but a beginner would have been better off buying something cheaper and better that would have been more useful, with many of the available options being just as easy to use if not more so.

No, I do not recommend this product.
