Disappointed

Received as a gift, broke down after one year. Half the year it was winter. Not used commercially, was maintained. Disappointing as it must be a engine with a Honda sticker on it not the quality I thought it would be by it’s reputation.

Terrible honda motors

my neighbor and I bought one each and both had same problems bad carburetor from start. Of course we bought in late fall we both used mine to clean the houses (didn't use his no point winterizing 2 units for one time use) and than winterized stored in jeated garage. No start next season and they also wouldn't fix unit after 90 days or repair cost would have been half price of unit i just literally bought in the fall? Well I do know engines and picked up new carb in michigan and fixed myself under $20. Well my neighbor goes to start his for the first time EVER and no go. We never even ran it unless it was tested before sale? If so I assume another bad honda carb to fix again. I hope that is all but doesn't sound like it with the pump issues I'm reading on. Great another expensive purchase I made from here that is useless.

Reliable and effective

I purchased this pressure washer in March 2013 and use it every spring and summer to wash a concrete patio and a couple of decks. Also use it to wash our vinyl siding. It's worked beautifully for everything I've done and has been 100% reliable. It takes a few pulls to start in the spring when it's been in the garage for six months but always comes to life and runs like a watch. Treat it well and it'll treat you well.

Great pressure washer so far !!

I have been using this pressure washer for approximately 10 years now (3 times a year) and only complaint was hose and gun...I bought a quality hose and gun 5 years ago and makes this machine as high quality as any 1000$ p-washer...I always use full synthetic 10w30 oil with super unleaded gas and change air filter once a year...Important thing is to use gun instantly when motor runs or else pump could burnout and fail ...Hope this helps for those who had problems with it !!

Run!! Don't walk away from this at any price

Ran for ten minutes then quit, dead as can be... What a disappointment,got it home followed the quick start guide, set everything up, put oil and gas in it, started on the second pull, ran it for 30 seconds or so shut it down, checked to confirm the oil level was good, released the pressure in the hose by pulling the trigger on the gun, again started on the second pull, then ran for 8~10 minutes for some reason shut down by itself and can't get it restarted, pulled the plug checked for spark, has strong spark, pulled the air filter make sure choke and whatever else can be seen looked good, so put the air filter back on and tried starting it again several times, although I'm sure I was wasting my time as when the pull cord is pulled I don't feel any compression and from time to time it backfires. So my first and last honda powered anything!!!

Q: Are you able to adjust the pressure on this model?

A: The pressure this unit puts out is only controlled by the use of the various quick connect tips. It does not have a pressure control knob, as found on the higher PSI models with triplex pumps.
