lock doesn't function well

I bought this lock used it once. when I returned to unlock the lock, I had a difficult time getting the key to turn all the way open. I had to pull really hard to get the bar to separate from the hoop. It souldn't take that much effort, after I managed to get the bar apart, I looked inside and noticed that the inside mechanism wasn't working properly, the key and the mechanism were not sychronized very well. Don't buy this lock it's terrible!

Dont buy this lock

I bought 3 of these locks and ALL three lock mechanisms stopped working, leaving me stranded and having to return later to cut the lock in order to retrieve my bike. All three locks did not last a single year. I am shocked they still sell these pieces of absolute garbage.

yesterday evening i bought this lock when i brought it home to use it, I managed to unlock the lock but could not removed the key from the lock. Therefore, the lock is useless. I'll be returning this ASAP. What a letdown!

Bought this Lock less than a year , my Bike was stolen the theft broken the Lock they just total damage the Lock , this Lock look heavy good protect yours Bike , but is not secure not tough enough , i don't recommend

A: Because each lock has its own unique corresponding keyway, it is not possible to supply the replacement key. A locksmith may be able to assist you.

Q: I want to make sure does this lick have some parts that help people carry this pock on their bikes? Does it have? People do not need to use backpacks to carry this lock, they can put it on their bikes.

A: At the moment, this SKU does not include the carrying bracket as the bracket to fit this product was developed just recently.

Q: I`ve removed this lock from it's original packaging and used it for two days before it broke can I bring it back to where I bought it for a refund? I have both locks + keys still. The U-lock was useless, I'd like to bring them back for a refund or store credit or something...the bottom of the receipt says it must be unused and in original packaging though.

Q: I cannot undo the strap of the support to mount it on another bike. I tried to turn the hexagonal ratchet clockwise but it doesn't move. Can you help

A: As per the instructions, twist open the rotating lock cylinder, Insert the key, turn clockwise and pull out the shackle. DO NOT use force when turning the key. DO NOT use bent or damaged keys
