Do not buy this!

We bought this fireplace and in the first summer, the top has cracked in several places. We took good care of it, but had to repaint everything to protect it. The sides are crumbling and rust has invaded every metal plate. Not worth the asking price. We contacted the company with no feedback from them.

Terrible wear

I bought this table less than a month ago, actually for Mother’s Day. Love the look and the fire portion functions great. However, th stop is made of plastic with some type of covering. It has been covered in the rain but moisture still gets under the cover. Now it is peeling and cracking in several places on the top. Looks terrible and the white plastic is showing through. I don’t see the point of exchanging it as I did everything right and the next one will likely be the same. something meant for outside... waste of money
No, I do not recommend this product.

It does not hold up in rain etc. Covered for winter but it is large and heavy and not convenient to move or store inside. Do not recommend! It was great for the first few months. This is almost two years old.

Bought this last summer and we covered it this winter and when we uncovered it it was awful we paid a lot of money for it and are so upset that it looks like this - I am going to the store where I bought it and ask for my money back

Q: Where does propane tank go, not shown in pic. Two different answers in question. One says inside and one says no so has to be outside of table. That is accident waiting to happen, people tripping on the hose. Thanks

A: Hi there! Our answer remains the same, the propane tank is connected externally and can be placed up to 10 feet away. We're proud to confirm that there have been zero accidents reported in regards to the hose, as it is about 5/8" in diameter. Many customers prefer the external tank, because it allows the unit to have a low profile, and emit more warmth to your seating area. If you would prefer the tank be housed internally, we recommend checking out a unit that is 24" in height or taller. We hope this helps!

A: I purchased a smaller than normal tank from CT, 11lb vs 20lb and removed the ice bucket and it fits perfectly inside the table.

Q: how long is the propane hose that I assume is provided?.can the faux wood tops be treated with a water sealant to prevent their deterioration as mentioned in reviews?..can the drawer be removed and inside modified to contain 20 lb propane tank?

A: Thanks for reaching out! The gas hose is 10 feet long and we typically do not recommend modifying the unit, as it will void the warranty. If you have a specific coating in mind, please give us a call and we will connect with our engineers to confirm. In regards to the complaints, unfortunately, this is the result of leaving the unit outdoors and in the snow. While it is intended for outdoor use, prolonged exposure to harsh elements will lead to damage down the road. We've included care instructions in your manual, and assure you that you will not face this issue, if you follow the care guide. Q: We have had our fire pit for a year and love it..it also has peeled a bit ..but we can cover it with a candle...We just filled in our deck can we still use this in an enclosed deck with a window open
