This table did not live out to its expectations 599.$ what a waste of hard earned money winters have made it crack and self destruct:-(

Table Chipping and Cracking Even After Covering

We purchased this Seabrooke table along with the chair set . The 'outdoor' Patio table was wrapped and covered with a tarp to protect it all winter to try and keep it nice, but in the second season it has chipped and cracked beyond reasonable repair just like all the other photos here. I tried repairing it, but the layer below the surface coating is even chipping off as well. We spent a lot of money on this product and are not happy. The set of 6 Seabrooke chairs are also fraying in spots as well.
No, I do not recommend this product.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT:
Bought this table - 5 years ago - for its look and weight. Lost too many of those glass tables to a strong windstorm.
Anyways just like all the other complaints - it is chipping and crumbling. I am open to repair options if there is any. Will never buy an outdoor product from Canadian Tire again.

I purchased the CANVAS Seabrooke concrete table and matching chairs approximately 2 years ago. The moment I saw it in the store I thought it was stunning and I was excited to make the purchase. Upon reading the reviews I also purchased concrete sealer to protect it from food or drink stains. I resealed the following year and although it wasn’t as pristine looking as it was when I first bought it I could live with it. This would be my third season with the table. As you can see the concrete has bubbled and is flaking off, and it will only get worse. There are cracks and loosened concrete just waiting to flake off. It looks terrible. This set was marketed as an outdoor dining set, yet clearly it cannot weather a storm. Definitely a suboptimal product. I am so incredibly disappointed in this set. Clearly a design flaw. Is this something that can repaired? I’m hopeful customer service will honour their clientele and offer a fair solution.

Q: I have stains in my Canvas concrete table. I have used only mild detergent and water so far which does not remove the stains. What do you recommend?

A: If you have tried using mild soap and water and residual stains remain, they can be removed with a spray “oxi” type cleaner like Product #048-8630 - Scotts Ready to Use Outdoor Cleaner. Do not use abrasive products.

A: - We have improved the surface. - Any stains that you get can be removed using an “OXI” type cleaner. - Canadian Tire stocks 048-8630 Scotts Ready-To-Use Oxi Outdoor Cleaner. - We also suggest that you store this table indoors during the winter. - The freeze/thaw cycles during our typical Canadian winters is tough on the concrete surface.

Q: I have had this table for about 3 weeks and it already has several stains on it, including red wine. Other than the red wine I am not 100% sure what else is on there. Possible something greasy? Im not sure what kind of cleaners I can use to try to get the stains off. Perhaps it should be treated with some kind of sealant?
