Melting Fuse Chamber

I had two of them. They replaced the first one. Product melted at fuse chamber both times, exactly the same in the reviews.

It's been up for a week and looks great!
Takes A LOT of fluffing up however and a bare spot here and there but ornaments are able to fill up the voids. Hopefully it lasts for years to come!

Best choice for a Christmas tree!

It was time to replace the old tree and saw this one was on sale so we took the plunge! We can’t say enough good things about this tree! No more stringing lights! Easy setup process, looks beautiful & quickly dismantled after Christmas! We had so many compliments on it, even visitors who thought it was a real tree! The branches are very sturdy for the ability to really load it up with all your decorations as well!

Q: I love this tree -- however, 3 years in I have gone through the replacement bulbs and am struggling to find replacement bulbs that fit. Does anyone know what ones are needed?

A: Keep the green sockets and replace bulbs with item #151-3818-8. It's our third year with the tree and very disappointed with how many individual bulbs AND entire strings have burned out (sometimes with fuse). Very labour intensive and I routinely threaten to throw the whole thing out but these bulbs are the perfect replacement.

Q: How do I access the 1 year warranty on this CANVAS pre-light 9’ tree. I bought it on sale last year just around Christmas and didn’t take it out of the box until now. The second section centre electrical connector is broken.

Q: I bought the Canvas pre lit tree, it came with a LED transformer however no wire attachment. Does the transformer get its power by direct plugging into one of the light strings or pole?

Q: struggling with this tree. how do you know how to connect all the light plugs ? What goes where ?is each section its own power?

A: This tree comes with one-plug power pole using Quick Connect Technology, please refer to the instruction manaul that each tree section is numbered with a tag, please identify all sections before assembling, assemble the tree from the bottom (section 1) to the top (section 4) as below image

Q: Is there a warranty on the tree? I see lots of people having issues with lights after first year of use and I am reluctant to spend this much if there is not a multi-year warranty. Thank-you!

A: I bought my tree two years ago, so I’ve had two Christmases already. I purchased the display tree which when they put it in the box broke some of the lights. My husband and I took the broken lights out and replaced them. We have had no problems since. You can replace one bulb at a time , it does not take out the entire string. I absolutely love my tree. I have gotten many compliments on it. Everyone thinks it’s real. Looking forward to putting it up for the third year.

A: This is a beautiful tree. The best looking tree I’ve ever had. If your ceiling is 9ft you could use this tree because the top can bend a little. But not much room to put a pepper on the tree with the ceiling only 9 ft and the tree 9 ft.

Q: Do the lights stay lite if one bulb goes out? I don’t want another tree with every light out when one bulb blows!

The lights on the CANVAS Pre-Lit Oxford Liberty Pine Tree, Quick Connect, Incandescent 9-ft (151-5592-0) are wired such that, if a bulb goes out, other bulbs on the strand will remain lit.
