Lights Do Not Work

Pretty tree middle section of lights does not work, checked fuse at bottom of tree, replaced bulbs burnt out must be defective in main connections/wire. Disappointing. Have had this successfully work only first year.
No, I do not recommend this product.

pretty but....

This tree is very pretty, but I have a section of lights that can't decide if it wants to stay on or not. An entire low of branches that are at times lit, and at times not. There is no rhyme or reason for the back and forth. I've tried to figure out where the loose connection is coming from but no luck so far. Very frustrating. I just took it out of the box.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Pretty Tree

We purchased this tree about 3 days ago while it was on in store clearance for about half price. It is a very pretty tree, it looks more realistic than several of the alternatives. I feel that there is a good amount of lights my Mom would prefer if there were another 50-100 lights(she REALLY LOVES lights haha). It is very easy to put together. It looks very pretty when it's lit up and the lights in our living room are dim(even without ornaments). It's a pretty full tree. I personally would not pay $400 for this tree however, I do feel that it is worth the "in store clearance" price(about $160+tax of course). The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is that I feel that there is ALWAYS room for improvement, on anything. :)

Beautiful Tree, Terrible Lights

This tree is very pretty, and realistic. We bought it on sale, and it was gorgeous. Then, less than 24hrs in, a whole strand of lights died. My husband tried replacing every single bulb and it does not work. So, we threaded a strand of lights up to the problem area, and it went back to gorgeous. It only has a one year warranty, so I expect to be cutting off all the 'pre-lit' lights this year or next anyway, and replacing them with add yourself lights. Necessary evil of our planned obsolescence world, I figure. You decide if it's junk or not!

Love our new tree!!

We were looking for a new tree and someone recommended the Canvas brand from Canadian Tire. Who knew they had so many beautiful high quality trees at reasonable prices. We settled on this one because it was on sale. It looks very real for being artificial and we couldn’t be happier. Easy set up and the foot pedal is a real bonus.

A: We don’t carry the replacement bulb. The required replacement bulb spec is 2.5V incandescent bulbs.

A: If one bulb burns out, that entire string will not work but the remaining strings that are not attached to that bulb will stay lit.
