Beautiful tree

This is a beautiful tree. I get compliments on it every year. Like most pre lit trees, some lights doesn't work but I just put more lights on to replace it( I think it's from packing it away every year in its original box). I would recommend this tree.

Loved this tree when we got it 3yrs ago. Went to Canadian Tire today to get replacement bulbs and they DO NOT FIT this tree. We were told they are the only bulbs they carry. So now what???

Beautiful Tree, terrible lights

We bought this tree a few years ago. It is beautiful but I thought the hassle of stringing lights was over when we bought one pre-lit. Grrrr... and finding replacement bulbs is not an easy task. Super frustrating!

60% of lights stopped worth after 18 months!

We bought this tree in November of 2019. We were really excited because we splurged and thought it would last a very long time! Now, we have taken it out of the box to find that approx 50% of the lights have blown on it, and it looks terrible! The tree itself looked amazing before, but to spend this type of money for it to last one Christmas is very upsetting. Of course, because it is out of the warranty window and we bought with gift cards, our local Canadian Tire cannot do anything for us.

A: We're glad to see you are please with your purchase. Unfortunately, the average incandescent bulb light span is approximately 1,000 hours, and lights tend to gradually dim as they age.

A: If a bulb is not entirely in its socket or blown, it will cause one section of trees lights to not work. The key factor is every circuit must have a steady flow of electricity from end to end of the section of lights. To assist in pinpointing the bulb not receiving electricity, Canadian Tire carries a Light Keeper Repair Kit, Product #:51-9603.

A: This tree comes with replacement bulbs. If a bulb burns out it is easy to replace. Also, as long as the bulb stays in the socket, burnt bulbs do not need to be replaced in order for the rest of the tree to remain lit.
