Top part defective

I liked the lamp, but top part is pushed in on both sides. Canadian Tire agreed to change that with another one, but when we opened second box, same problem is on other lamp. So i guess its a manufacturing defect, and of course i will return the product. However, Canadian Tire as always correct on returns and understanding
