A little lengthy to put together, but easy to do. The fact that we had to drive 2.5hrs to get to a location where the ONLY one left on our entire island was in stock. Actually, there was only one in ALL of the Atlantic provinces!

Q: If you dont have to use the glass doors what is the shelf width that is visable from the front? Does the edging take away from some of the shelf width?

A: Dear Sir, If you don't use the glass doors, the shelf width that is visable from the front is 71.5cm. Both shelf sides don't have edging banding,so it won't take away the shelf width.

Q: How do the hinges fit together? Why is it that five people at my local Canadian Tire store cannot figure out how to put the hinges together? Neither can I. And the support line is only open Mo-Fir 8am-5pm. Good if I don't work for a living.

A: Hello, the hinges on the loft storage cabinet can put together by simply clicking it on to the smaller base, this can be seen on step 19 in your manual to the unit.

Q: When I call the Canvas support line, why do they refer me to a different Canvas support line that is only open during normal business hours? How are people with jobs supposed to get help with setting up this product? Very unimpressed.
