Q: How do you adjust the length of the cord so it looks clean?
9 years agoA: We only had to use a third of the cord provided. We just cut it and tucked the remaining into the base to hid it. There is a little white screw where the cord meets the base. If you loosen it, you can adjust the length of the cord. When you get the length you want, just put the screw back and tighten it. This isn't in the instruction manual and the little screw is hard to find. But it is there.

Q: The lights looks great but I can not get them clean... try damp cloth and then winded nd then just dust cloth but doesn’t seem to matter what I try it’s cloudy and leaves marks.... how do you get these clean? Thanks

9 years agoA: The pendant would not hang properly if mounted on a sloped ceiling. Ideal installation would be on a flat (not sloped) surface.
