Purchased this coffee maker yesterday. Ran water through as per directions. Set the time. Wiped down the machine. The labels on hour and minute button have disappeared. Not happy. Will be returnig machine today

I've bought 3 coffee makers in the last 15 yrs from black n decker. none lasted 5yrs and all 3 died cuz the heat element stopped working. black n decker wont fix the issue cuz they don't care. buy any other brand.

Q: J'aime beaucoup ma nouvelle cafetière, toutefois, lorsque le café est prêt, elle émet un bruit sonore très fort qui est très dérangeant pour ceux qui dormaient encore. Y a-t-il un moyen d'enlever cette alarme. Je n'ai rien trouvé à ce sujet dans le guide.

A: Use 6 cups white vinegar mixed with 4 cups water, you should do this once a month, place a disposable filter in the basket and press auto clean, part the the mixture will go through and the rest after 30 minutes
