Great affordable kit!

If you are a first time hockey parent you know how overwhelming it can be to figure out what to buy! So this kit was perfect in getting most of the equipment needed without breaking the bank. Fits great and well made. Only thing was the sizing was off ... went to the store and tried it on to make sure. I have a tall 8 year old, and the Medium fit her perfectly, even though the sizing says medium Is for short 5-7 year olds.

Good beginner set. Don’t buy too big thinking they will grow into it. Bulky is not good. You’ll still need to buy a jock and jock-shorts, neck-guard, and helmet.

I went to buy this for my 7 year old and the height was 3’10””-4’4””. Sorry but no youth is that height. This product is mis-labeled. When you click on a size this info should be given. My trip to CT was a waste of my time!

Q: Not ALL Kits come with a bag? Video states that all kits come with a bag. This is not the case. Neither the Legacy or the Prodigy Kits come with a bag. Just the Basic kit comes with a bag.

Q: Where's the sizing charts? I've called Customer Service 2 times now to ask what size I should order for my 8 year-old, she uses about size 8-10 clothing and I have no idea what size hockey equipment I should order.

A: It would all depend on the size of the child. We cannot say for sure if it will fit, but the chart below provides some “guidelines” as to suggested fit sizing.
