Q: I bought this product yesterday , plugged in for 12 to 18 hours now and phone is not charging . Why ?
3 years agoA: I had already done all that you suggested . Yes it was plugged in , yes the light is on , yes I tried another port but no charge . Will look at changing charging cord and see . If other helpful suggestions then feel free !

4 years agoA: Yes It can be used with both. It's a decent little charger- but you will need to buy separate charging cords as they are not included. It also has an incredibly obnoxious blue light that comes on when you are charging.

Q: How much space is there between the dividers? Does it fit a tablet with a bulky case?

Q: How important is it that the number 3 panel goes in the middle slot on the charging base? I took all the plastic off the panels before I realized I needed to do that:/ The panels are all identical so I don’t know which one was marked #3:(
4 years agoA: I'm not sure what the official, educated answer is, but I had a similar experience. I just put them in wherever they fit and it's been fine for quite some time now.

Q: Dividers were mixed up on installation. Cannot identify which one should be in centre slot. Does this matter? What problem will this cause?
5 years agoA: Divider #3 fit’s better in the center slot due to the placement of internal components but the product still functions normally with the dividers in any order.
