Q: What are the dimensions once pumped full?

A: From the manufacturers website: "Inflated Size 78 in. x 60 in. x 20 in. (198.12 cm x 152.4 cm x 50.8 cm)" The information given by the CanadianTireTeam are for the Twin size, not the Queen size.

Q: When holding the Down Arrow to deflate the mattress it will only inflate. The pump will not go into Deflate mode. Have tried holding both Up And Down arrows but it will only go in Inflate Mode. Will not fit in the box now. How can this be corrected?

A: You should follow these instructions: - Unplug the pump - Open up Whoosh valve and push all the air out of airbed - Close the Whoosh valve to seal - Plug the pump back in and follow instruction below - Note: the bed must be fully inflated before adjusting the firmness level - Let the pump shut-off automatically - Once fully inflated and shuts off follow the deflation and storage instructions

Q: Inflation without electricity? Does it have a valve to inflate manually or with 12v from car?

1 Answer

A: It is possible to manually inflate it from the woosh valve (the actual valve from where the air goes out) with a Coleman pump. Should you decide to do so, you will first need to purchase a Travel Valve (part number 5255) as it has a little opening on the cover. Remove first the cap from the woosh valve and twist in the travel valve into the woosh valve opening, and when using your pump, you can put the nozzle into the little opening that is on the cap of the travel valve. Please note that we do have pumps that you can just plug into the car.
