A: More information is needed. We haven’t had any other customer issues with this unit. The casters should install from the bottom with threaded bolts.

A: Top 2 drawers are = 22.13" wide x 16.5" deep and 4.13" tall Remaining 6 drawers are = 22.13" wide x 16.5" deep and 6.38" tall Dimensions are internal.
