Overall Good Experience - I do wish there was an option to choose each styling tools you'd use. I WON'T use half these options. But to add the ones I'd use are of course extra... I like it, it has good power, easy instructions, it shipped fast and the back end of product ordering was excellent on that aspect. I only gave it 4/5 because; I do find there is slight movement within the shaft (where id bends to dry or style mode) when you use the round brush attachments and have then tension on the hair to dry properly...It makes me wonder if that will wear at all over time... I guess we will see!

Beware they do not last!!

I bought this in November 2023, in just over 1 year it stopped working entirely. I went through the warranty process and got a replacement, which has now stopped working in only 6 months and I'm only weeks past the warranty period. Two broken devices in barely 2 years is ridiculous, what a waste of that much money.

Curling Works Well on Frizzy Wavy Hair

I am really glad I grabbed this and wish I had done it sooner. I can get a great blowout. YouTube tutorials helped a lot. I only use the dryer and the curlers, and I avoid the brushes. There is a bit to adjust to as you learn, and I have heard the curls do not hold well on those with fine hair. My hair holds a curl well and with the Flex Style, it looks bouncy and beautiful. I grabbed this on sale and it was well worth it.
