Power Issues
il y a 11 mois
after unplugging and not using this machine for a few months, i plug it back in and it doesn't power up. i get bluetooth showing power. i've done a full reset multiple times but it doesn't power up. i've checked the controller board damaged or burnt wires... nothing.

Avoid Nordictrack part 2!!!

So I contacted IFit after their response to my original review. Total waste of my time, but I did find out that the reason my requests for support were not being answered is because the Tech support people were canceling the work tickets because they couldn't find a technician close to me. Without informing me that this was being done. So now again I am going to be out of pocket substantial costs to repair a machine that is under warranty. Complete fail IFit, complete fail.

Avoid NordicTrack!!!

I purchased this piece of equipment earlier this year. Waste of time and money. Broke down almost immediately. Contacted NordicTrack customer service. Were willing to help initially, but once they were unable to find a certified technician close to where I live, I was on my own, but they were willing to pay $250 for a technician visit and supply the parts. I was able to find a certified technician on my own, but had to pay $650 out of pocket for the visit. Nordictrack tells you that they will cover $250 for the technician visit, but not that it will take up to 90 days for the claim to be reviewed and then another 30 days before they send a cheque. Oh, and then Nordictrack got the parts order wrong, so the technician couldn't fix anything!! So it was either be out another $650 or do the simple install myself. I did and the machine worked well. For less than a month. Then the SMR started making a metal on metal grinding sound. Contacted NordicTrack customer service several times but was ignored. Finally was able to speak with a representative earlier this week, but now they have stopped communicating with me. Terrible company with terrible products and terrible customer service.
Non, Je ne recommande pas ce produit.

Resistance issues

I have had issues with the resistance on my elliptical since I got it. The time spent trouble shooting and contacting support has been considerable. Now a part is being sent that will require basically taking the machine apart. For being a warranty issue it seems NordicTrack should be doing this work. I paid for a brand new, correctly functioning machine.

Elliptical

very durable, well built and sturdy. I like the way that it automatically inclines and declines with the I-Fit programs. If you want to do your own workout it allows you to do that too. The stride is very smooth and easy. Not high-end Gym quality but worth the money spent.

- Traduire avec GoogleR : Hello Terri, sadly no preset workouts available without Ifit. I’ve only used the manual setting. I find the screen too small to use it. I don’t plan on renewing it after the free period expires. I don’t like the fact that I can’t change the preset warm up from three minutes to five and you can’t pre-program your workout timing as to get a cool down period after. Manual setting doesn’t offer that. So you keep an eye on the timer and once you’ve finished your workout period do your own cool-down. After a year, good machine. I had a foot-wheel brake and took five weeks to get a replacement. But they honoured the warranty and it’s working fine now. Cheers,il y a 4 ansUtile?

Being 6’6” would mean you have to have at least an 8-ft ceiling to give you about six inches of head-room above your head while on this machine. Better to have a standard 9-ft ceiling. The subscription would then enroll you after the free trial ends. It can be canceled at any time. The entire list of workouts in the iFIT library is too long to list here. Without the iFIT subscription library, your equipment has basic functionality with workouts and control functions in manual mode.
