Purchased to replace a former tree. We were looking for a pre-lit option - without a hassle - tree. This one did very well, and not too large for our limited space.

Better than I thought

This is an artificial tree, The branches don't look like real branches. But, it's easy to assemble, the lights are already on it and can be changed to suit your taste. There are lots of branches that can be bent where you want to hang lots of ornaments. You don't have to water it and there are no needles to vacuum up. Best of all, Santa found it just fine.

Disappointing & Cheaply Made

I purchased this tree on Clearance after Christmas 2024; this year (2025) was my first time using it. On the plus side, the assembly was fairly easy and the lights work fine, but overall I was quite disappointed with this product. It is quite cheaply made and rather flimsy - especially where the branches attach to the stem. Several of the attachments were broken (or missing) and it took considerable effort - with pliers and wire - to try and fix this. If this had been a new purchase, I would have returned it to Canadian Tire for a refund. As is, I would be surprised if this tree lasts for more than 2 or 3 years.
As others have observed, the final result looks NOTHING like the picture on the box. There are large gaps between the branches that remained visible even after much effort to fill it out. I will not be purchasing another NOMA tree and would definitely NOT recommend this one!

Q : Not sure if our tree is defective but we can't get the screws to stay in with the tree and it's very unstable. We're worried about putting anything on it or the cats pushing around it. Any tips to get the bottom part screwed in? Thanks

R : Glad I wasn't the only one who was stuck on this! Lol! But I finally figured it out. At the bottom of the tree there is the black adapter that plugs into the wall to light up your tree. On that adapter where the green cord plugs into it from the tree, there is a black button on the adapter itself right next to the green plug. You push that button to change the colours. Its hard to explain without showing a picture but if you closely observe the black box (adapter) that plugs into your wall, you will see the black button on the end of it.

R : Hi There, Pull apart the legs of the stand so that they are snapped into an X-shape and the screw holes are aligned. Place the tree stand on a level surface. Insert the tree screws into the screw holes and turn 3-4 rotations only to adjust the tree. (if the screws are inserted too far you will not be able to fully insert the tree pole).

Q : Hi, the lights on top two sections of the tree are the same colour, however the bottom section is different (ie. when on the warm white steady on mode, the bottom section is white and the top two sections are coloured). Is there a way to fix this?

R : I’m having the same issue with our top section, I don’t see any image attached to Canadian Tire’s answer. I tried the other answer of switching the mode while having that section unplugged and didn’t have any luck.

R : This is a showstopper that there is no memory after turning off. Is there a tree that offers this? We like the white lights and have the tree on a timer. I don’t want to have to fiddle with the controller every time the tree turns on again. Defeats the purpose of having a timer
