I am very disappointed, after putting this on low heat, the product still gets really hot and burns my arm. This has happened twice.

Use as hot or cold knee brace. Good so far. To get cold, you have to freeze included gel pac and insert iin sleeve.

This product is a competitive product with a combination of cold and hot functions. However, if many customers have complained, it is necessary for the seller or manufacturer to make improvements and notify them. This product has several improvements.
1. The controller must be changed. It is acknowledged that efforts have been made to simplify the operation, but oversimplified operation rather raises the customer's suspicion. Change the controller to a dial method and display OFF, ON, level 1 (temperature display), level 2 (temperature display), level 3 (temperature display), sleep mode.
2. Please change the power adapter to operate in the range of 110~240v instead of only operating at 120v. This is a great way to attract customers from all over the world. Also, please clearly indicate the input and output power. Please do not display only watts (w), display V and A.
3. We hope to improve the use of lithium-ion batteries for portable use.
4. Instructions should be provided in more languages. Also, please indicate in the manual how much the temperature is maintained at each level.
5. Please make the hot and cold pad section a little stronger. In fact, it's a bit sloppy.
6. The width of the strip holding the pad is too narrow. It should be made twice as wide as the current one, so that the fixation will feel stable.

It did not fit around my fathers knee properly it was very tight and he is not a large man he is maybe 200lbs. It was very disappointing as he has knee issues this would have been amazing if it had fit an adult male.

It doesn’t stay hot for more then 5 mins after it gets temp. I can’t find my receipt or I would return it

1. When using the joint wrap for heat therapy, ensure that the Gel Pack is not inserted in the Mesh Gel Pack Pouch.
2. Make sure the cord connector is securely attached to the Pad connector by pushing both connector parts together until the connector release tab clicks into place for a tight fit.
3. Controller must be connected to the heating pad before plugging the unit into the outlet.
4. Verify the AC outlet is functional.
5. Verify that there is no physical damage to the cord, controller or pad.
6. Select from 3 heat settings: low, medium, or high, by repeatedly pressing the control button until the desired Heat Setting Indicator lights up.
On average, the heating pad takes 9 minutes to heat up. Heating pads with self-limiting wire technologies may take longer to heat up.
Sunbeam gel packs will remain cool or hot for approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on variables such as air temperature.
If failure continues, discontinue use. Your Sunbeam® FlexTemp Hot/Cold Joint Wrap has a 2-year limited warranty. If you have any questions about the warranty or want to get warranty service, please contact us directly so that we can provide you with a better solution. Take care and have a nice day!

R : Hi! Thank you for reaching out. The Sunbeam FlexTemp Hot/Cold Joint Wrap needs to be plugged into a power outlet to use the heat therapy while the cold therapy doesn't need to be plugged in but needs the removable freezable gel pack.
