Everything you need to make a great cup of coffee

Couldn't be happier with this machine. I wanted a maker that made a good cup of coffee. I did not want a fancy machine because I just want coffee, but I want to be able to make a large cup. I also didn't want to be restricted to a full pot. It has multiple size choices and grinds the beans to the exact amount you need. Love love love and highly recommend.

Love this machine!

I love it! I can’t handle strong coffee so I was thinking I might need to mix decaf with beans but there’s 3 settings which I didn’t know when I bought it,..light gold and bold. I do a 5/10 coffee and press light in a 16 oz and it’s not too strong at all. Best machine I’ve ever owned. So many control features for the whole family to pick what works for them.

Exactly what I wanted!

I am so overly thrilled with this unit. I had been looking at different DeLonghi appliances and other competitors but they always had more than what I needed. I don’t want an espresso machine with extra pieces like a steam wand that I will never use. I just wanted a perfect, freshly ground, brewed to perfection, quickly and automatically cup of coffee. And the TrueBrew hits every ball out of the park!
From day 1 setup to now a week later 1-5 cups of coffee between 2 people everyday, we have been consistently blessed with a perfect cup every time. Sure we had to play around with temp (I recommend high) and figure out which strength was best for each of us (I love bold but my partner prefers gold). And sure I wish the external water reservoir and internal used grounds cup were both larger… but these are tiny inconveniences to pay when filling, emptying and emptying are such quick and effortless tasks.
If you drink just coffee, black or add in a little milk and sugar, and want to get away from pods and into freshly ground coffee beans… look no further and grab one of these immediately. You’re welcome.

Horrible!
The first one I bought was 2 weeks before Christmas.
It would not prime. It would not work.
Returned it on the 28th and got a new one.
Second one primes and turns on but barely grinds enough beans to add a little colour to the water. It will not make a cup of coffee.
My next step is to return it and get a refund.
I’m very upset about this purchase.

R : Hi Bhaskar, If you buy the unit in North America, it will have a standard Type A plug which operates on 120V. In India, the average plug in is Type C, D and M and operates on 230V. In India, the unit would not be compatible without an adapter. We hope this helps. Thank you.

R : Hello, The dba for the True Brew grinder is 70. The grinder will only grind for 5-6 seconds, but you will also hear the infuser properly seating itself inside the unit for coffee delivery. The water tank capacity is 60 fl oz. We hope this helps. Thank you
