Give it time!

I do not think it is time yet to give this product any SCORE! It is very difficult to get vacuum to tilt back. It pops out of the base. I am giving it a try but the stem is very weak for the weight of the top.
The suction on the carpet looked very good. Jury is out on the quality of the product.

This is an excellent vacuum, lightweight, terrific suction, and easy breakaway for stairs etc. I bought this make and model as a gift a couple years ago after doing my research and have just purchased the exact same one for myself. I can’t recommend it enough, meets all of my requirements and more!

I bought this vacuum cleaner a few weeks ago because I was very happy with a different model of the Shark Navigator. This new vacuum has a feature that appealed to me whereby the hair in the carpet and on the floors goes directly into the canister and you don't have to clean it from the roller. But I seem to have a defective model. The lift away canister keeps coming out when the vacuum is in use. Also the cardboard packing didn't completely come out of the nooks and crannies and the vacuum head has become damaged. I'm not a happy camper.
