Easy to put together. It seems really strong but the steering design is deeply flawed. To steer the cart you pull on the handle in the direction you want to go with no limitations. As the handle turns so does the front wheel assembly! A 90ø pull results in a pivot point at the wheel assembly which is now centered on the front of the cart. I had a glass stand sitting on top and without pulling the cart a wind blew up and the cart shifted turning the handle 90ø causing the cart to tip over knocking me on my head.
I will have to modify the front wheel assembly so the wheels only turn and not the assembly... It can be done if you can weld and add a few metal pieces to produce a pivot at each wheel and a couple steering rods with another pivot at the handle.
Seriously this cart was meant to make life easier. So far it's only injured me.
It get 3 stars only , as it is a good start to something you will have to finish making yourself. Just remember to weld the wherl assembly in a fixed postion.

A: Assembly is easy and requires only a few tools – even if you’re not handy. The included instructions are clear and helpful. I’m not particularly skilled with tools, but I was still able to put the garden cart together on my own without any problems.

A: Yes you can, at Canadian Tire. I purchased 4 tubeless tires but you can also buy the original ones.
