Q: Are replacement blades available for this shovel? Have only used it THREE times and already one corner is out of commission, leaving a very uneven drag effect. Blade is not very sturdy contrary to the one review that is posted.

A: There are no replacement blades, however this product carries a lifetime exchange warranty for defect redeemable at any Canadian Tire store.

Q: Hi, bought this shovel a year or two ago here in Dartmouth NS and the wood handle broke where it meets the plastic D-handle. Can't find the receipt either physically or via e-statement. Any chance of exchange? Love aluminum shovels by the way.
