The extended pole was seized in the outter part of the pole and it could not be extended until I forcefully pulled it out with the aid of a chain block/ come-along. Even worse, the cutting blade thickness is way too thin. The blade is extremely flimsy and wants to bend with every stroke you take. This is definitely not a good product.

A: There are no parts available however it carries a 5 year exchange warranty. To return it for warranty exchange, bring it to any Canadian Tire store within the warranty period, with your receipt. Warranty exchanges without the original receipt will be offered at the Canadian Tire store’s discretion.
