We purchased this rake for our elderly neighbour who was using a very old small rake. This rake covers double the area and weighs half of what he was using. He was so happy we cared enough to help him out. He can finish his lawn in no time.

Q: are you suppose to screw in handle? after a few rakes the handle popped off, i popped it back in but after a few more it pops out again. There are screw holes in the rake head however the handle doesn't go deep enough into the rake to reach these holes (only reaches one).

A: Look on the back of the fan/rake you will see a supplied screw. Use it to screw through hole in the neck of rake/fan into the wood handle. Problem solved. This is done this way because rake/fan and handle are shipped to the store in bulk boxes to be temporarily assembled at the store and then customer completes the assembly at home.
