I purchased this machine 3 years ago. It was on sale, I think it was 45% off. The display had an issue and would not show anything other than a cryptic error message. I posted my question here and was asked to call a customer service number. I called the number and the person over there shipped a complete new display unit the next day! Amazing customer service. Now for the machine - have been using it almost everyday for past 3 years. Amazing build quality. It is squeaking a little lately, but I guess I just need to put some WD-40 on the hinges and things. It is a little wide, not a compact machine. Takes a good amount of space even after folding. So probably not ideal for small spaces. If you are looking for a reasonably priced and strongly built machine that will last for a while, this is the one for you.

Très bon tapis, facile à assemblé, moteur qui ne manque pas de puissance. Longeur du tapis adéquate., Boutons pour la vitesse et l'inclinaison à porté de mains, même lorsqu'on fait du jogging. J'ai appelé le distributeur au Canada et je n'ai pas eu à attendre lors de l'appel. Seul point négatif le ventilateur est faible, mais la plupart des tapis se ressemble sur ce point.

  • A: Directions to change monitor from MPH to KPH for Xterra XT 958 Treadmill below: Remove the safety key and reinsert it after pressing the ENTER and STOP buttons together to enter the engineer mode. Press the ENTER button once to select roller diameter (60), km or miles, speed (0.5mph to 10mph) and incline (12). Press FAST button and SLOW button to change the value. Press the START button to finish. The treadmill begins to calibrate itself and will leave the engineering mode when the operation is completed.   • A: Thank you for your interest in Xterra Fitness. The XT958T does require belt/deck lubrication. The deck comes pre-lubricated and subsequent lubrication should be performed every 180 hours of use. General Cleaning - Dirt, dust, and pet hair can block air inlets and accumulate on the running belt. On a monthly basis, vacuum underneath your treadmill to prevent buildup. Once a year, you should remove the black motor hood and vacuum out dirt that may accumulate. UNPLUG POWER CORD BEFORE THIS TASK. Q: The machine stopped on it's own after using it for abut 60 minutes and showed E2 on the screen. There was an electrical burning smell, like when plastic wires burn. Please help.

Q: How do I reset the incline? It's stuck on the highest incline setting someone asked this already and the answer said to calibrate it but that didn't do anything. I don't know if this means anything when I remove the safety key it shows E0.

Q: How do you calibrate the treadmill? I just bought this treadmill a few days ago. everything was great, but now the treadmill is stuck in full incline and won't come back to regular position. how can I calibrate it? there are no instructions for this in the owner's manual.

  • A: Remove the safety key and reinsert it after pressing the START AND FAST buttons together to enter the engineer mode. Press the ENTER button once to select roller diameter (60), km or miles, speed (0.5mph to 12mph) and incline (12). Press FAST button or SLOW button to change the value. After pressing the Enter button 6 times total (from beginning of procedure to end), press the START button to finish. Get off the treadmill and the treadmill begins to calibrate itself and will leave the engineering mode when the operation is completed.
