Leaking around the seal where the built in pump goes in. Used twice and no longer held air and of course Canadian Tire wouldn't return it because it is past 30 days which is not reasonable as this is not an item that would be used more then twice in 30 days.
Makes me think twice about buying anything from Woods Products.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Très bel achat. le système de gonflage est efficace. Il gonfle et ( ce qui est vraiment utile) dégonfle jusqu'à vide le coussin. Cela facilité grandement le pliage pour le rangement. La surface du dessus est recouverte d'une surface anti-dérapante s'apparentant au velours qui est en plus facilement nettoyable en cas de soucis urinaires, entre autres. Les draps tiennent très bien en place, d'ailleurs.
Je recommande sans gène et y installerai mes convives ou moi-même au besoin en considération du confort intéressant que ça offre.

We bought this August 2024. It’s been amazing! We use is camping and at home when guests come to stay. Everyone who’s slept on it has had a good sleep. The pump is quick and easy whether you’re inflating or deflating as it does both. Packs up nicely into its original bag. We use it sometimes weekly and there’s no wear and tear so far. I bought a mattress cover for it which helps add to the comfort. Definitely recommend this product!

A: The bed is very firm. The pump will run as long as it needs to. It will shut off when the set level of firmness is achieved. If it keeps running and blows up, return it.

A: Nope, but you will need an electrical outlet. The mattress can also remain inflated if you leave it plugged in. It will self regulate to stay at the desired firmness.

A: It says it will but never had too.. The air hasn't come out to the point where it would need to blow back up. My family member that uses it the most actually underinflates it a bit to be "softer"..

A: Hi JustMe, The pump does not have an auto-shut off. Once the light turns green you need to turn the pump off.
