Pretty good wagon

Overall a pretty good wagon. You can store a lot of stuff in it and it’s useful for urban residents who need something to haul goods with when using the GO Train, not necessarily just for camping. So if you go on day trips a lot using public transit this wagon is a great choice.
I also can report that the design of this product has changed, for the better. The wheels have been redesigned to be much more durable and less prone to breaking. In fact, the redesign has completely eliminated the failure point with previous wheels as noted in other comments.
Overall I’m happy with this purchase.

A: I had the same problem as well. Exchanged the wagon and had the issue with the second one as well. Returning since the center popping up 3-4" is impossible to ignore.

A: I have had no problem with it as long as I put the black (mine is black) flat folded hard bottom in place that is stored in the outside pocket of the bag. I will try it and see if there is any other problems but I have used it several times.

A: Pretty much fully assembled. When unfolded, a bottom piece has to go in for a base -- it us removed whenever the wagon is foded up. It has a neat storage place in the side of the bag

There is some play in the handle to allow for easy movement, but if you feel it is too loose and may be a concern – the best suggestion is to take it back into the location you purchased it from and ask for assistance. The Camping staff will be happy to look at it for you and see if there are any issues. Enjoy your summer!

Weight of the wagon is about 21lbs / 9.5kg. It very easy to lift in and out of your vehicle 2. The wagon comes with wheels designed for all outdoor surfaces – grass included. It is important to note that the more weight you have in the wagon, the more difficult it will be to roll it on any surface. It is designed to carry up to 150 pounds – but most people find it easier to use with a lighter carry weight 3. Set up / takedown is simple – one of the best advantages of the quad folding design makes it very easy to open to full size or to close compactly for storage Hope that helps out – you will enjoy many seasons of use with this outdoor wagon
