Wireless RGB light strip

When i used the product the plug wont stay on the car lighter jack it was loosen its connection…up to now i cannot use the product… hope canadian tire will do something thanks

It was easy to install though the 3M strip wasn’t as sticky as I would have liked. But I made it work with some other double sided tape. I love how it looks.
