Not a good purchase

I'm sceptical of most reviews as the vast majority of people complain about things that have nothing to do with the product for example, people will complain about a packaging being damaged or they do not follow the user instructions.We don't understand why it doesn't work. however in this context, the comments are correct, it's very cheaply made the fastening screw stripped out the first time I used it rendering the product useless as the tip would just fall out unless you had a constant contact point. i will be returning this and spending the money on a decent product
