    Disappointed Overall

I bought this showerhead in the hopes of having a great rain-shower experience. Once we installed it, we found that it had limited height versatility (seems to be either up horizontal or down vertical, but not in between). And the function select 'dial' is so tight that we have to use two hands just to change settings, and it feels like the shower head is starting to unthread from the connection. The rain shower feature feels okay, but we really can't use it properly to know if it's any good. For the expense it really should function better. We are disappointed and will be looking to return it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this believing that it was made out of metal, but the primary head components seem to be plastic. The different settings are all kind of silly - like basically you have two settings and various weak mixes of those two. The setting adjustment arm kinda rotates the whole cheap feeling head so it is hard to tell if you are changing the setting or just rotating the entire head. Overall I am disappointed. Likely will return.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How to remove the flow regulator I would like to remove the flow regulator and have called Waterpik 3 times. They told me a different story each time. Can you tell me exactly where it is located and what it looks like and how to remove it?

    1 Answer
    • A: The regulator is located in the pivot ball of the showerhead (not in the arm). First, you remove the washer. Then remove the filter screen. Finally, to remove the regulator you will need a dry wall screw or a crochet hook to get it out. The screw works best: if you can get it to twist into the middle of the regulator, you can pull it out. The regulator will likely be red or white in color. Removing it this way WILL destroy the regulator and is not advisable as the regulator is required by law.
