Didn't live up to expectation

I only write reviews for products that don't live up to their expectation, in hopes to help the next person before making a purchase. My Walkers Razor earmuff only lasted two months before the noise reduction technology stopped working . I tried changing the batteries but the option for noise reduction still would not work when I turned them on. A total waste of money.

Okay, not great

While they do provide hear through ability, and electronic sound suppression they pick up TOO much ambient noise. Good maybe if you are quietly moving through a forest and want to hear animals across a clearing, but pick up so much small detail noise around hard to hear conversations. Sound suppression also not as good as say Peltors.

A: Yes they are black. In this particular model I have only seen Black at Cdn Tire but there is also Tan & Pink Colours avail at various retail stores that carry them
