Great tool

I like how small this foam roller is and how easy it is to clean. If you use it on your back it feels like you are getting a massage which is nice. It is also easy to store.

Despite the knobs, the application with this roller is tolerable. As with the smooth roller, you have to get used to the application first. My impression is that the use on tense muscles, as it was for me in the beginning, can be unpleasant in some areas (such as tense points). But it’s similar with manual therapy to release tension. I had pain in the lumbar region up to the back of my thigh for a month (probably due to tension). These issues have been almost over for a day now. I can’t say whether this is due to the smooth roller or to this product with knobs, as I used the two rollers alternately. However, I saved myself the trip to physiotherapy, which I would have done in this situation, this time.

Great product would get again

I needed something to help release tension in my back and this helped due just that and it held up to my weight as I am a big guy as well. Made of strong materiel and didn’t make any noise under pressure.

Great quality roller! Heavy duty reinforcement on the inside so it keeps its shape. Feels nice rolling out stiff muscles from sitting all day. Tried it on my legs and could feel the tension easing.
