I am a gym rat and wanted some weights for my home. They only had this size of weight in the store, the shelves were empty, I bought what they had. It is a good quality, I like the Neoprene that covers it; it gives a good grip. However... compared to other retailers, this was way too expensive, I have since purchased more from a different company.
