Great for floor exercises

If you're like me and don’t enjoy going to the gym or braving Quebec’s winter weather, working out at home is a must. This WA:KE workout mat has been a great addition to my at home workouts.
The mat is wider than most I’ve used, which makes it especially comfortable for floor exercises. It also rolls up compactly, so it’s easy to store or take with you on the go.
It would also work well under heavier exercise equipment to help reduce noise and vibration. Plus, it’s water-resistant and super easy to clean

Perfect for home workouts!

This thing is HEAVY-DUTY. I wanted something for when I do floor work in my condo, and was expecting a basic yoga mat type of deal. This is anything but! I can maintain grip and stability no matter HOW sweaty I get (a lot) and it basically can cover my entire living room rug and transform the space into a workout zone within 10 seconds—no installation required.

bought to fit under my treadmill I also purchased from CT as well. It fit well and rolled out nicely. Would be nice as well to do workouts on to provide some cushion while jumping etc. I got it for a great price while on sale as well.

I recently received my WAKEAthletic fitness mat and it is amazing!! I LOVE how big it is. I have space for my workouts without worrying about slipping of the edges. It’s heavy - so it lays flat without rolling but not to heavy that I can’t easily carry around from place to place.
It has the right about of soft/squishness, while also providing firm support. It also has multi uses. I not only use for workouts but my husband is also vying for it to use as a safe workspace for his guitars, because it provides cushioning and protection to them from hard surfaces!
I think it’s safe to say we are pleased! 😍
