I love how thick this mat is while still being lightweight. It made exercising more comfortable and that makes me more likely to do it. We all know that's half the battle. It also includes a very convenient carrying strap.

Seriously the best mat I have ever used!!

This fitness mat has been the perfect addition to my home gym! It is 12mm thick and is a good size for doing any floor exercises or yoga. It is comfortable and feels soft! I love that it can be easily wiped down after each use as the material is durable and high quality. It comes with a strap for easy storage and to carry when on the go. It is also lightweight and is not too bulky when rolled up!

I receive this product for free for an honest review. I’ve been using this mat for a while now and I really enjoy it. As someone who is bigger, I find a lot of workout mats go flat very fast, but this one hasn’t at all. It still feels thick and supportive. It’s very cushioned and doesn’t feel like you’re right on the floor. I also love the carrying handle it comes with — it makes it so easy to take with me. I’m really happy with it.
