You can't go wrong with the Vida by PADERNO Instant Read Thermometer. This digital thermometer eliminates the guesswork to give you perfect flavours and desired results. The cooking thermometer features a digital LCD screen with an auto-shut-off function. Additionally, its pause function keeps the temperature on display. Thanks to the backlit screen, you can have clear readings anywhere. Equipped with both Celsius and Fahrenheit settings means you can monitor your food the way you prefer. The food thermometer has an integrated pocket clip. Its 304 stainless steel probe penetrates food items and accurately measures the internal temperature when cooking meat, baking, or frying. It measures between -29°C to 300°C (-20°F to 572°F). Keep the thermometer safely protected in the storage sleeve for extended use.

Good quality thermometer that reads the temperature really quickly which is convenient. Settings for both Fahrenheit and Celsius. I've only had about a month or two and it works really well.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is not a good product. The connection between the battery and device is loose and does not properly work. Spent $20 and threw in the garbage.
