A: it can't be left, if you change the rim, it needs to be removed and the tire should be smooth before applying sealant again. any remaining sealant can cause unbalanced rim and tire wear and the result is usually a flat tire with no sign of any punctures. Sorry for my bad english, not my first language, and hope you understand what i mean

Q: Pneumatic wheelbarrow tire. Wheel is removable for tire/rim manipulation. Can this product be used to seal a very slow leak from the side walls (walls not damaged). Thanks

A: Regrettably, it is not recommend to use this tire sealant with a wheelbarrow tire. This sealant works best with tires that are spun quickly enough to spread through the interior (generally 20mph+). However, for wheelbarrow tires and other non-highway tires we recommend the Slime Prevent and Repair Sealant (009-5069, 009-5070 or 009-5071).

A: Tire sealants are not recommended to repair corroded rims of any kind for long-term use. The corrosion causes a poor seal between the tire and wheel, and we would prefer to recommend replacing it as soon as possible.
