The product is price right for what you get

I get it. This is an expensive product, and the other lower price heater will work just fine. But if you like nice things that are built well, easy to operate and last a long time with 10 year warranty to back it up than you will need to spend more. Installation was a breeze. Components are similar quality to my Weber, Napoleon, and Broil king BBQ. Yes I own 3 BBQs. The heat output was good enough to feel around my entire patio.

Very sturdy and big heater. Heats up our 14x18’ deck very well. Built in lighter works great and the area to hold the gas tank has a good strong magnetic piece to hold the door closed. Only issue is that the heater came covered in two very large black stickers (one covering the entire top and another the size of the door panel along the side) which had advertising about the brand and of the heater. These were a huge pain in the neck to remove and took about an hour and a half of elbow grease and almost a bottle of Goo-Be-Gone. We were considering returning it if the sticker residue didn’t come off properly but eventually did. They could’ve just put all that info in a pamphlet like everyone else. So for that big inconvenience of removal I’d give it a 4 star

This heater seems expensive compared to others, but it’s well worth it because it can heat an entire entire patio and you don’t have to be close to it It also works as a table for drinks Stainless steel should last forever Long-term great purchase that can extend your patio season for weeks and even months
