Working velcro strap: check the ratings if you are using it for heavy stuff. From the construction, it is just for strapping things you can lift by hand together, not for strapping things to vehicles.

The elastic is super stretchy and not really a good application as extra security to hold expensive e-bikes on a rack. Additionally the Velcro portion delaminated from the backing after a short time and became useless. Not recommended.
