Wildstar not working after one week

My daughter LOVES THIS TPY, except it stopped working out of no where. We’ve replaced batteries and I’ve done everything I can think of to make it work again. No it was not in water, no she did not drop it or throw it. It was working one second while we were playing, suddenly spoke in French and shut off, and now won’t turn back on. Please help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a fun toy, both my 2 & 3 year old loved this addition to their toys. Interactive toys are my favorite because they keep the kids stimulated. They loved the lights. This set is perfect for toddlers and can’t wait to see my kids continue to enjoy it.
