Q: After a year when the starter is plugged in and the start button is pushed the cylinder does not turn. How can I resolve this problem?

A: Unfortunately the Troy-Bilt Electric start is only compatible with Troy-Bilt Trimmers, Blowers and Edgers that have the Press 2 Start or Jumpstart technology.
