Useless if Voles are the Problem

I bought many bags of this stuff to try to address our back yard vole problem, in excess of $250 worth over a few months. No noticeable difference, they ate 3 blocks every 2 days... if anything they seemed to be multiplying. I felt like I was just feeding them. Just called a local specialized vole control company and they confirmed this tomcat junk is actually just feeding them. The stuff that actually works requires a license. Now I'm paying $660 for a full year of professional vole control, I expect it will be worth every nickel.
If I had more time and money I would file a lawsuit against Tomcat for false advertising. Absolute junk and a complete waste of money. I'm very angry and Canadian Tire should pull this useless product from the shelves, or at least put up signage that it doesn't work on voles, maybe it works on regular mice but I'm doubtful.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Don't the mice just eat the bait and die somewhere in the house? Then you've got dead mice in their little hiding spots, stinking everything up?

A: I did not use the bait inside our house. There was signs of mice under our exterior deck. I put the bait in the mouse hole leading under the deck , then covered the hole with dirt. I never saw signs of mice again. I assume the mice ate the bait trying to get out from under the deck and died under the deck. Being outside, I never noticed any smell.

A: Hello Mike! Thank you for your question. Tomcat Mouse Killer Dog & Child Resistant Refillable Bait Station should cause rodents to die within 4-5 days after a lethal dose is consumed. Because Diphacinone is a first generation anticoagulant, it requires the rat to feed on the bait multiple times.
