Q: I have this vacuum and when I try to vacuum my small area rug on MAX after it charges all night, it stops and blinks red. The canister is empty and nothing is stuck in the roller. Do I have a lemon? It is less than 6 months old and used very sparingly.

Additionally, do not use it on wet surfaces or surfaces with standing water. Regarding whether it will scratch hard floors, the machine is generally safe for standard hard floors. However, to ensure it is suitable for your specific flooring type, we recommend doing a small test in a localized area first before full application. Q: Can we use this for a ceramic floor. I bought one before but it scratched mu flooring bec there is those plastic rubbery wheels to let it move around. What touches the floor?

A: Hi Lily - We recommend any Tineco product for ceramic flooring. Make sure to use forward and back motions when cleaning and avoid lateral dragging to reduce the risk of rubbing or scratching.
